Role of the local structure in Europe
Our goal is to help companies to develop their businesses in Asia throughout the whole process. A very close contact must be kept between the members of the European management and the Asian activities. Our Swiss structure with its various services and tools, ensures this close link. We thus create a bridge between these two fundamentally different cultures.

Local structure in Middle East (Euro-Middle East)

We have an established local structure in Dubai as well as many contacts allowing us to offer a whole range of services in the Middle-East. This platform operates with the same principle as for Far East with a structure in Switzerland guaranteeing the bond of business and the bridge between the two cultures.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
Ideally we intervene before the ERP has been changed or chosen, in order to better define the business needs or to realign the internal processes before changing systems. We also operate (not to say often) “a posteriori” to align and improve the internal processes with the existing ERP solution.

On several occasions, we have defined and managed the creation of  collaborative service platforms, supported by created or adapted information systems. We bring services from the definition of the business plan to the recruitment of resources and implementation of adapted system tools.
